Suraj discovered his passion for telling stories through various experiences. From being an editor at an Animation studio to a win at a short film making competition with MTV, he landed a job as an assistant to director Anurag Basu. He learned how to helm stories as a Creative Director on Kid’s entertainment on various TV series’ with Disney India.
From working on films for Castrol and Asian Paints, to travelling across India exploring the inspiring childhood of some of India’s most famous achievers and documenting it for BBC worldwide, Suraj went on to script and direct a campaign for Garnier Men’s initiative ‘Power light a village’. The film won several accolades including Silver at the ‘Pitch Youth Marketing Awards‘
